At JGA, there’s no single route into gymnastics. Our programmes are designed to welcome children with different ages, abilities, experience levels and ambitions.
For children who want to take their skills further, JGA also provides opportunities to progress through different levels of gymnastics. Our coaching team includes former international gymnasts, national and regional champions and experienced gymnastics programme specialists. This depth of knowledge means gymnasts benefit from high-quality coaching, from learning their very first gymnastics skills through to working towards more advanced goals.
JGA was founded by James, whose own gymnastics career included competing for Great Britain at European Championships, World Championships and Commonwealth Games, alongside national and international titles. That first-hand experience continues to influence the way JGA approaches coaching today!

Gymnastics doesn’t have to stop when the weekly class does. JGA runs holiday activities throughout the school holidays, giving children another chance to stay active, practise their skills and enjoy gymnastics.
