A Typical Day

The camp runs from 10am until 3pm. Mornings begin with team games to get everyone involved and working together. After a short snack break, children focus on two pieces of apparatus, learning new skills or building on what they already know with guidance from our experienced coaches.

After lunch, the afternoon session gives them more time to explore different equipment before rehearsing a short routine with their group. At 2.40pm, parents are invited in to watch a short display, where the children perform and celebrate what they’ve achieved during the day.
