What a day at gymnastics camp looks like
- 10.00am – Welcome & Team Games
Children are split into groups and take part in fast-paced team games designed to build confidence, teamwork, and lots of energy.
- Morning Gymnastics Training
After a quick snack break, children focus on two pieces of apparatus, where coaches guide them to develop new techniques or improve existing skills.
- 1.00pm – Lunch & Social Time
A chance to relax, enjoy a packed lunch, and make new friends before the afternoon session begins.
- Afternoon Training & Routine Practice
Children continue exploring different gymnastics equipment and work with their group to create a short performance routine.
- 2.40pm – Parent Showcase
Families are invited to join and watch a short display, where children proudly perform what they’ve learned throughout the day. The camp finishes at 3.00pm, leaving children buzzing with excitement and accomplishment.
